How can I order in your webshop?

You can easily add a product to your shopping cart using the "Add to cart" button. This is possible both on overview pages and on the product detail page. You can also enter an article number in the search field, if known.

I don't want to register in your webshop, how can I still order?

I forgot my password, how can I create a new one?

First go to the top right - "Login". Then click/tap on "Forgot your password?".

My school/institution/company already has a customer account in the name of a (former) colleague. How do I get the account transferred?

I am not receiving any e-mails (customer account, password, order confirmation, newsletter...). What can I do?

Please check the e-mail address stored in your customer account for typing errors. In addition, please check your SPAM folder. If you find our e-mail(s) there, please add our e-mail address to your contacts. It may also be necessary for you to add us to the "Safe senders list" (can also be called "Whitelist" or "Never block senders").

How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

If you wish to receive mailings by post, please send us an e-mail to office@ntl.at with a request to be removed from the mailing list. With electronic messages from us, you always have the option of unsubscribing directly with just one click. You will usually find the link at the very end of the message.
